Equipment selection, inspection and maintenance; knots; anchors; patient packaging; mechanical advantage
systems; belaying; lowering systems; rappelling; knot passing through rappels; raising and lowering systems;
system safety factors; litter rigging and tending; guiding lines; pick-offs; and rescue scenarios.

Course Fees:
Early: $925.00 - When registered and paid by August 6, 2010.
Regular: $975.00 - For registration paid after August 6, 2010 or when billed on a Purchase Order.

Class Size: Class size is limited to 16 students. We emphasize hands-on instruction and encourage
participation by everyone in the class. Classes fill early so register soon.
Enrollment information: Due to high demand for these classes, we can only confirm your registration with
payment (check, credit card or valid purchase order). A confirmation letter with travel, lodging and meeting
location will be sent approximately 45 days prior to the beginning of class. Applications without payment will
be placed on the waiting list and accepted on a first pay, first served basis.
